- To spread awareness of personal finance & investments among middle-class, salaried layperson individuals to ensure their financial stability & well-being by conducting Investor Awareness Programs.
- To train students & working professionals on various aspects of financial markets, products & services, to enable them to get employed in the financial services industry, from where they can further spread financial awareness & well-being to the general public.
About the Founder & Principal Trainer - Dr. Naela Jamal Rushdi, CFP®
- Dr. Naela is a finance, investments & accounting subject expert. She has a PhD in Investment Behaviour from the University of Lucknow and an internationally acclaimed Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) qualification from the Financial Planning Standards Board. She has an MBA in Finance and has qualified many NISM Certification Examinations like Series V-A MFD Exam, Series XII Securities Market Exam, etc with flying colours.
- Dr. Naela is a SEBI Empaneled Securities Market Trainer (SMARTs) and has been authorised by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to conduct suitable Investor Awareness Programs for various Investor Groups, including corporate employees, government officials, defence personnel, retired people, members of housing societies, undergraduate and postgraduate students, etc.
- With 23+ successful years of experience in teaching & training, Dr. Naela is accomplished in the art and science of holding the attention of an audience and making learning enjoyable as well as meaningful. Over the span of her career, she has taught 2000+ students various courses like Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting & Analysis, Cost & Management Accounting, Corporate Finance, Personal Financial Planning & Wealth Management, Securities Analysis & Portfolio Management, Equity Research, Advanced Financial Statement Analysis, Credit Analysis, Financial Modeling, etc. She has also conducted successful and well-appreciated training programs for working professionals on the Basics of Stock Markets, Finance for Non-Finance Professionals, Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, Insurance Planning, and other similar topics.
- Prior to starting her dream venture, Mashwarah Investeducation, Dr. Naela was employed as “Director & Professor (Finance)” at a prominent management college in Lucknow. Under her able leadership, the college soared to great heights in terms of student enrollment as well as quality academics & job placements.
- Dr. Naela is passionate about spreading awareness & working knowledge of finance & investments among middle-class, salaried individuals, to help them achieve financial stability & well-being. She also derives great pleasure and a sense of personal satisfaction in making finance & accounting easy to understand for students & working professionals, through her customized teaching & training methods.
